Welcome to late Spring in Quail Hollow Neighborhood. It is no longer winter but not quite summer yet, however thanks to all the wonderful rain we have been getting lately, everything is turning green and starting to really bloom. Do you know what that means? Time to start mowing the lawn again! A friendly reminder from your HOA Board that our covenants require each homeowner to keep their lawns below 4 inches high to help keep unwanted creatures away and keep our residents safe.
If you notice your lawn is not in compliance, please begin to start mowing today. The Board will begin to send notices to those who are not in compliance and if the grass is not mowed, will then send someone to mow it for you at a charge to the homeowner. If you need assistance with this, please feel free to contact the Board at Board@quailhollowhoa.com and we would be happy to help.

YARD SALE!!!
Quail Hollow, we are planning an unofficial neighborhood yard sale the weekend of June 3rd, 2023. It looks like there is a chance for rain, but if not, then feel free to open up your driveways and join your neighbors in selling a few things you want to get rid of and make a little money in return. The Board is also working on finding a date later in the year to do another official neighborhood yard sale and would also like to partner with our neighbors in Quailridge for one next year. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us.

OTHTER UPDATES!
One last thing to let you all know what has been going on since our last HOA Annual Meeting….
The Board has been working on getting quotes for filling the huge hole near the Tennis Court area that was left from the builders. They have also been working on getting someone to come out and clear the tall grass behind the homes behind Quail Hollow Drive, in the Community Area. The Board has been working on a plan to then put in a path for homeowners to enjoy a nice walking/riding path back behind that area. There are a few more things the Board would like to eventually do to bring in more amenities that have been requested, but wanted to ensure the safety of our community first. As homeowners continue to pay their annual dues the HOA will be able to afford to do more to help improve our neighborhood each year.
We love having you be a part of this beautiful community and look forward to a fun rest of Spring beginning of Summer!
