Q: What do the annual fees cover?

Currently the annual fees cover the yearly maintenance costs for both the community lawn area and the tennis court. As we continue to complete our neighborhood development there are opportunities for many more amenities to be added in the future.

Q: What if a homeowner does not pay the annual fees on time?

Every year each homeowner is required to pay $200 by January 1st. If the dues are not paid within 60 days, a 10% additional fee will be owed. A lean then could be put on the home for a lack of payment.

Q: If someone wants to make changes to their home do they need approval?

Yes. For any changes to either the front or back of a home, it must be submitted to the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) for approval.
