Happy 2024 Quail Hollow Homeowners! Can you believe how fast the time is flying by? Last year was a great year for our neighborhood HOA. Looking back we are thankful for each of you who make this neighborhood a wonderful place to call home. Now that our neighborhood is complete in the home building we can continue to move forward in making it a fun place to live and have a great community. This past year the board was able to update the tennis court and add pickle ball lines, as well as add a half court basketball court to our community area. The power company came in and helped clear the tall grass and debris under the power lines, so hopefully one day we can create a walking trail for our residents to be able to enjoy. We look forward to hopefully adding more great things to our community as the years continue.

With that being said, we also thank you for your participation in paying your annual $200 per year on time. It is that time again, January 1st is when annual dues are due again. The Board will be sending out invoices. If you have previously paid online via email, you should be receiving an invoice soon for this year. If you would like to send a check, please mail to Quail Hollow HOA at P.O. Box 29, Centerton, AR 72719. If you have not paid a previous year, please contact the HOA Board at board@quailhollowhoa.com to confirm the balance due on your account.
